Dr. Patricia Hinrichs was fantastic! Made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Hinrichs showed concern about my well-being. Her questions and instructions were very clear. She listened carefully to my responses, always maintaining eye contact, which in my opinion you don't see everywhere. I'm very happy to have Dr. Hinrichs as my doctor to provide me my medical care. I know I have several medical issues that require attention, however, I am confident Dr. Hinrichs will get me where I need to be medically. Many kudos to Dr. Hinrichs and her staff for a job well done. Thank you.

Great experience for my first time visit

The negative of this is I have been approved by my insurance provider to receive iron infusion for 5 weeks; however, each time I go into the office I will have to pay an $80 copay, which will be expensive for by the time I finish the receiving the last infusion. Is there anything FirstHealth can do to offset the cost.

I would just like to say that I'm very pleased with my care with this provider. I appreciate her going above and beyond concerning my health care. And I am very pleased with the connectedness and the interaction that she - and the way that she engages me. Thank you. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
