The provider I saw was great. The wait time from the time I was shown to a room to being seen was a bit long.

Wait time is awful. Over 90 minute wait time for 5 minutes with the doctor if even that.

The wait time was quite long for an Urgent Care facility.

All of the staff at First Health Convenience Care on Morganton Rd was excellent and went above and beyond to provide great care!

Only wish I had been given something for longer pain relief. Fierce pain back at 6am today. Took prednisone and OTC meds immediately. Now 10 am and still no relief.

Yes, I was treated very, very kindly over there at your place at Tramway and got to the emergency room and didn't have to wait long at all. I was treated very courteously there also. But they found that I had degenerative, no, not degenerative, I'm trying to think about the word. I can't think of it right off hand. In other words, I hadn't been drinking enough fluids. Dehydration, I had that and so I had to stay for two hours and have fluids going through me, you know. So I'm glad that I went by both places, the place at Tramway and over at the emergency room. I was very pleased.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially Dr. Gabl ! She listened, explained in detail so I could understand. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew everything about me. Thank you to everyone. I appreciate their help.
