Support Groups
Group therapy can provide much-needed support and comfort in a time of need. Groups are a great place to give voice to your feelings and learn that you are not alone.

Cancer Support Group
For cancer patients, survivors and caregivers
Fourth Tuesday of the month, 3-4 p.m., Cancer Center. No registration required.
Men's Gathering Place
Open to any mail who has been affected by cancer in any way - patients, survivors, caregivers, family members and friends. Led by Joe Bullock (Joe@manuptocancer.org) of Man Up to Cancer
Second Thursday of the month, 10 a.m.-noon, Cancer Center. No registration required.
Art Therapy for Cancer Patients
Learn how to reduce stress through art and creativity. The group is for anyone 18+ and free, but registration is required.
Third Wednesday of the month, 1-3 p.m., Cancer Center. Please call (910) 715-2237 to register.
Music Therapy for Cancer Patients
Rachel Shell, MT-BC of Birdsong Music Therapy, LLC leads participants in singing, movement, drumming and more. No experience or skills are necessary. It is all about FUN!

Look Good, Feel Great
Look Good Feel Better volunteer beauty professionals provide you with tips and tools for:
• Skin and nail care and makeup application
• Wig selection and care
• Scarves, turbans, and hats
Workshops are free of charge and open to all women with cancer who are undergoing treatment.
This program is offered through a collaboration of the Look Good Feel Better Foundation and the Professional Beauty Association.
