High-Level Performance Training
High-performance training is a systematic and vigorous training process that aims to achieve desired results in sports. It involves working smart, being dedicated and understanding the science behind optimal training. High-performance training can be applied to athletes of all ages and skills and can include sports rehabilitation, tailored training environment, prescribed strength training sessions, access to a state-of-the-art gym and interaction with high-level coaches and athletes.
Some other aspects of high-performance training include:
· Functional range conditioning
A training system based on scientific principles that aims to increase an athlete's mobility, body control and range of motion.
· HP Training
A systematic and principle-based approach to training that can be tailored to achieve outcomes related to strength and performance training, athletic development, injury prevention and recovery, and athletic reconditioning.
· Performance-based training
Focuses on specific outcomes and then sets expectations, provides feedback, introduces tools, rewards skill development, teaches new skills and knowledge, etc.
High-Level Performance Classes
Functional Fitness Yoga (FFY)
Class Description: The Power Yoga class incorporates slow methodical movements in conjunction with breath work. The primary goals of the class are to build core strength, increase flexibility and balance. No previous yoga experience is required; however, a moderate level of fitness would be beneficial. Together, we will build resilience “one movement and one breath at a time."
High-Intensity Functional Fitness (HIFF)
Class Description: High-intensity workouts (20 – 30 minutes) that will focus on functional fitness movements that will include an array of equipment, such as kettlebells, tires, dumbbells, ropes, etc. The primary focus will be on increasing strength and cardio capabilities, with the goal of enhancing performance in real-life scenarios.
FFY / HIFF Hybrid
Class Description: HIIF workout followed by a Restorative Yoga class.

Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science
Area of Interest: Strength and Conditioning, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Mobility Training
Bio: Served nine years in the US Army at the 82nd ABN DIV and the 8th PSYOP GRP. Training service members to maintain high levels of fitness, to pass rigorous physical tests and to prepare to deploy. "I have competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding and trained for 14 years. I enjoy training people to help them reach their goals and to empower them with information to better understand how to exercise properly and safely."

Chris Davis, TSAC-F, RYT-500
Credentials: Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F - NSCA), Physical Fitness Instructor, Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-500)
Area of Interest: Strength and Conditioning, Mindfulness (Yoga), Wellness, Resilience
Bio: A law enforcement professional who served from 1992-2018. After 25+ years of service, Chris retired as an assistant chief of police from the Fayetteville Police Department. He attended general instructor school at the NC Justice Academy and obtained his specialist certification as a physical fitness instructor. His true passion lies in client and wellness resiliency. In 2019, Chris launched Yoga911 to enhance the delivery of yoga and mindfulness practices.
