Stephanie Rogers

Stephanie Rogers is the chief diversity officer for FirstHealth of the Carolinas. In addition to her role as chief diversity officer, she is the administrative director of risk management, a role she has held since 2006 with FirstHealth. 

Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Meredith College in Raleigh. She is also a licensed insurance adjuster in North Carolina and a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM), demonstrating her commitment to excellence in her field.

In her role as chief diversity officer, Rogers will lead FirstHealth’s efforts to foster diversity, equity and inclusion, and advance our culture of excellence in which all members of the FirstHealth family and those we serve feel safe, connected and treated fairly, where differences are both celebrated and supported.
