This was the best experience I've had with a doctor across all of my first health visits. He really spent the time to understand the issues I'm dealing with and try to help. The nurse was the same. Excellent

Well, this is my first time going, so, you know, I wanted to at least get a feel of it. You know, the doctor said that he would work with me and we would work together to try to work on my headaches. But some of the medicine that he prescribed to me, some of the medicine that he prescribed, my healthcare provider wouldn't sign off on it. So I'm trying to see if we can get a medicine that they'll sign off on. Other than that, he seemed to be a pretty good doctor. He's caring. I'm going to work with him and see what we can get done. And other than that, you know, I'm going to hang in there and work with it and see what we can do. Other than that, everything is, you know, pretty much everything. So I'll work with it.

Signage for the office is confusing, it's not consistent with office name used in all correspondence. (Sandhills vs First Health). Prior to my appointment, I left a message on the nurse line with promise that all calls are returned in 24 hours. Never happened.

Dr. Gardner was great took his time to explain every thing answered my questions with great care. The nurse was great all there I dealt with were great

The doctor was very open and approachable so I felt very comfortable in sharing my medical concerns with him.

Jake Gardner reviewed my MRI with me in an informative and educational manner. He reviewed my stroke risks and developed a plan of care with my input. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent with me trying to find why I had a stroke.

Dr. Gardner is very patient and his staff was very patient with me. I will recommend them to see anybody because of his courtesy and his love for his patients.

PA Gardner spoke so that included understand, answered my questions, gave me web info for my own personal enrichment. Very courteous and compassionate.
