Got in fast but waited for an answer for over an hour

Everybody in office was very nice and friendly. Would prefer not to have to travel so far but it is what it is. Outcome of visit was what I already knew but my PCP wanted to be sure and referred me.

Ryan Clark really explains everything very well and very patience with me 'cause I am deaf, using video relay interpreter on tablet, and I'm very pleased with the service and the people there were patience and very friendly I will suggest my friends whoever need a dr. THANK YOU!

Scheduled for 11:00 AM appointment. Called late the day before, told to come in at 10:30 AM for the x-rays - had to contact & adjust driver's schedule. Morning of appointment was called and asked to come in at 10:00 AM for the x-rays. After x-rays were taken waited 40 minutes for my 11:00 AM appointment. Appointment began at 11:10 when nurse called me.

First Health of the Carolina's there facilities are the cleanest hospitals and clinics I have ever been to. This staff is very friendly, nice and knowledgeable about their work and patients they are equipped for all of your health needs and issues!! There's no other health care system I rather be with First Health cares!!

The experience was far above average in every aspect !

Office and treatment rooms and x-ray areas appeared to have been recently painted. The floors had a high gloss shine on them as well
