The visit was quick, the receptionist attended to me quickly, she attended to me very well, quickly even with my little bit of English, they understood everything, everything was very helpful. It was very good and I arrived in pain because I had fallen early in the morning. Today, I have only been here for two weeks at Stanford and I really liked the staff and I would recommend it for what I do.

This was the first time that I have ever went into a urgent Care and came out with absolutely nothing bad to say the Entire staff was amazing, I have bragged on the Dr and staff to all of my friends today. Even called my children and told them I would Never go to another Urgent Care in Sanford but this one I would 100% recommended to anyone who is needing attention. Thank you for all y'all do.

Doc didn't seem to even read chart before entering room. I went in for what I think is a fractured toe and she came in asking if i had experienced an ingrown toe nail. She took xrays was like it's fine but if not better in 2 weeks go to this clinic and gave me a paper. Honestly kinda felt like I was treated more of a hassle than a patient.

So glad to have this urgent care.

The staff in charge of this health center is very competent. It was a pleasant experience.

I expected a long wait but I was in and out in a half hour or so.

Ladies always very kind and pleasant. Have used this facility several times and have always been treated great.

Highly disappointed in visit. Spent 3 hours total in office and didn't leave knowing anything more than when I arrived. I have lots to say- from provider, to office setting! Feel free to reach out to me to get my full detailed feedback. I too am a medical professional. Had to leave and contact another FH provider to receive adequate care (without even being seen!) The chart note is what blows my mind!

Appreciate the nurse seeing me in a timely manner.
