This is my second experience with this provider and to be honest, I am considering avoiding first health at all because of him. Zero bedside manners.

The provider didn't seem very confident in his position. I tested positive for Covid at home. I thought that they would do another test in the office to see if it was accurate. Instead, the provider said, "Do you want Paxlovide?" I was thinking, you are the medical professional, you tell me what to take.

The hospital care was great.

The First Health Team very welcoming and treated each customer professionally. Great Positive Attutude.

I was treated with respect and professionalism by all staff I had contact with. I felt listened to and my concerns were taken seriously.

Provider was friendly, concerned and an active listener. I would definitely recommend this FirstHealth Convenient Care, Southern Pines location to friends and family!!

Went in for an acute issue while on vacation. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I was referred by a staff I met at a laundromat the night before! Happy with the service.

Very professional, courteous and clean facility

The provider walked in the room and never ask me a question. The only thing he said to me is ,it seems like you have an infection in your hand and here it two prescriptions that you can pick up from Walmart. He never asked me how I was doing, how do you feel, nothing. From now on I will not be returning to that particular ? health care provider. He really needs to to learn some bed side manners, manners period. Never Again.
