Nicole was very nice. Couldn't say anything bad about her. She was a very nice lady. The rooms were kind of big where it echoed, and it was terrible like that, but as far as her coming across to people, she was fine. She was a very good person, and she did a very good job. Thank you. Bye-bye.

It was good

Nobody I know likes going to the doctor, especially for follow ups when the original visit was nothing traumatic or life threatening. It's can be a bit of a hassle having to take additional time off work/juggle family schedules for the visit, pay whatever co-pay you have, just to tell them everything looks good after a quick 5 minute visit. My follow up visit was done via teleconference w/ Dr. Jackson (who I can't say enough good things about) to address a couple of issues at once; kind of a "two birds, one stone" type of thing. It was scheduled for 0700, I dialed in at ~0650, her nurse came onto the call at ~0705 for the initial screening, and Dr. Jackson came on a few minutes later. We handled the business at hand, took care of a prescription renewal, and hung up around 0715. Office visits are one thing, but I will make an attempt to do all of my follow ups this way.

Very good experience.

Not sure how medical professionals do these days but the only time my Dr. physically interacted with me was to listen to my heart and lungs. My former physician physically interacted with me from start to finish. Dr Jackson is very polite and professional and I'm very confident in her care for me.

Waiting room is to cold and the door allows to much heat to go out and cold wind to come in.

I have great confidence in Dr Jackson and the team at FHSP.

It is such a calm environment.I didn't feel nervous at all.They were very professional.
