I do not see the point in offering appointment and ask you to arrive early to check in and then keep you waiting for an hour to see the Dr. I am completely fed up, my time is important as well as the Dr's time

I never get answers to certain medical questions that I ask. It's like it's just looked over or guessed at. And I just would like to answer some of my medical questions. Thank you.

Dr Townsend listens to his patients and takes the time they need to address all concerns. I do not mind when he comes into the exam room late, because I know his priority is not rushing the patient before. He will take the same time needed with me and my family
