Good appointment visit

I waited over an hour to be seen and that was from my appointment time, not my arrival time as I was asked to come 15 minutes early.

Dr. Fasolak and his team from his secretary to his nurse are always very friendly, kind hearted, calming, and apologetic when waits are long (expected and worth waiting as Dr. Fas takes needed time with his patients). The day of my appointment was also difficult as Epic went down that morning.

Everyone at this facility are the best from the front desk young lady to the ladies that assisted the doctor to Dr Fasolak. Everyone was so professional and nice to me !!!

Dr Fasolak is very knowledgeable caring and expert physician. I appreciate very much how much he has helped address and treat my concerns and issues I was having

I sent a message via mychart expressing my concerns moving forward and the receptionist assured me she would forward the information to the nurse. It has been about a week and I have not received any call or messages back as of yet.

It was my first visit here and they made me feel very comfortable as though I had been a patient for a long time.

Yes, I have been seeing Dr. Fasolak since 1996 when I had to have a sort of an emergency hysterectomy. And he has been my gynecologist ever since. And I have always felt very comfortable. And his staff has always been very, very nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience in all these years. And I just wanted to say that he's a wonderful physician and his staff is also wonderful. Thank you.
