Appt was 10:40 but didn't get called back until 11:05. They need to say which is which arrival time and actual appointment time. My chart said 10:40 and I looked today the time had changed to 11:00.

I think the whole experience was a good experience. I think everyone did well and I would recommend other family members to come to this office. Have a good day.

I love my doctor. I enjoy the staff. They listen. They are very, very in touch with the patients. The only thing I could see that they could possibly do is have water on hand, bottled water that they can possibly give out. Other than that, everything was great. I love Laura Marks. She's amazing.
