I felt like all my problems weren't listened to. I have a sore throat, cough, headache, and a stuffed nose. I came in because I got dizzy while trying to work at my job. I asked if there was something over the counter they could put in for me to treat my symptoms. And only got nose spray. I've tried two over the counter drugs myself to no Advil, and I wanted a suggestion or to put something in for me to pick up. the way our conversation went I thought we had an understanding. And I only got nose spray. The nose spray solves the problem of my stuffed nose, but not my sore throat, headache, and cough, so I will wait out the rest of my symptoms and hope to feel better. My mom even pointed out to me how bizarre my visit was. I would have been better staying home.

Yes, everything was done in a timely manner and I would recommend people to go to the clinic because they will be seen in a timely manner. And everyone was very, very helpful. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr. Ortega was great. She listened and went above and beyond to order tests. Have advice and didn't rush. Erred on the side of caution and didn't dismiss me. The nurse was also very good. She listened and informed.

Put the office hours back on the door of the clinic, I did not know that the hours had changed and the code to scan on the door isn't very helpful for those who aren't very technology savvy. That and actually list the hours on the website. The fact that I wasn't able to see when the clinic opened was an inconvenience to me because previously the opening hours were 0730 so I was in the parking lot at 0715 and wasted 45 until 0800 until they opened.
