The provider was very kind and seemed to be very caring. The nurses, however, one of them was a little rough handling my clothing that was underneath me. So that could be improved.

All personnel were professional yet friendly. They took really good care of me before and after my procedure.

They had computer issues on the morning of my appointment. It took a few minutes to get checked in.

The personal concern and care that the nurse showed after the procedure where I discovered I was pain free meant so much to me after losing my wife a few months ago. She held my hand as I was crying with joy and grief in that moment. It meant everything to me.

This visit was great! There were no complications and the Team was great. The procedure was quick and above all, painless!

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Thwaites. I've never had a doctor come into the room and talk to me before the injections. That simple act made me feel like a real patient! I appreciated it so much. Thank you for the kind, respectful care. My only complaint was the long wait time in the room. I didn't have any reading material or my phone to kill time. I have severe tinnitus and being in total silence is horrible for me. I ended up going into the waiting room to retrieve my phone from my husband so I could have some "noise". I was impressed by the security since I was locked out of the examination wing when I went out into the waiting room.

The doctor need my medical history which made me very comfortable. He explained in detail what was going on with my back, and provided some information in the future that would help me. I was very thankful for this.
