Everybody in this facility is amazing. Dr. Oxendine went over and beyond to explain the situation with my son, explaining the parts of the knee that she's been through it with her son before and she was very adamant that I should have my son be seen somewhere else at the walk-in clinic if it was her son because of the extreme damage that could possibly be and I love that. Instead of sitting around waiting on a referral, she was like look here, go to Pinehurst, they do walk-ins. She gave me the information on it and that's exactly what we did, we went the next day. So she was amazing. All of the nurses had great attitudes and it was late. It was after 7 o'clock, so the office was closed. So I know they were ready to go home. Everything was amazing, absolutely amazing.

They were very spot on and Professional we were in and out in about an hour and a half even having to wait on x-rays

I came for a physical for my child and the lady in front said they can do it, so I waited my turn for 2 hrs for them to tell me that they actually can't do the physical form for me and wasted my entire day

I had a great experience here which made me feel better. The staff is quick, responsive, knowledgable and professional. I don't mind driving an extra distance to come to this urgent care because it is so much better than the ones near my home.

The Facility was very clean and organized. The length of time waiting for care was short. I will definitely recommend your facility .

Provider had access to limited medical history records so the fact that she didn't know my history is no fault of her own or First Health. I'd love it if the staff wore easily seen, easy to read, name tags. If Ms Oxendine gave me her name, I totally missed it-I wasn't feeling the greatest and was rather out of it so entirely possible. Otherwise, it was another great visit to this office and I so appreciate the care I was given! Staff and providers are fantastic and efficient-despite the pretty full waiting room, my wait wasn't bad at all.

Such a great experience when compared to other facilities

I went there for a simple reading fo a tb test To be read , sat in the lobby for 3 hours I will never go back staff was slow holding conversation with each other laughing while people sat there waiting to be called on

Provider was very compassionate and listened to my needs and addressed them in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and caring

Everything was great. The waiting time was difficult and long, but once I got in to see the provider, everything went very smoothly. The medication went smoothly. I think everything's going great. Just maybe more providers for a quicker response. Thank you.

Great staff, they had coloring books to make kids feel welcomed and entertained. Every staff member was great at taking good care of my daughter and getting her the tests she needed. I would recommend this facility to all parents with small children.
