My chart doesn't work.

Dr. Tellez is amazing.

Dr. Tellez is a wonderful doctor. I just feel like there's something else going on with me neurologically, I can't even say it. I just feel like, I don't know, I just feel like there's something there and he just kind of told me to go see my healthcare provider which I've already done. And I'm just still really having issues and I'm really worried, so there you go.

Not familiar with the area,hard to find the right office

Long wait between initial test and Dr. Tellez visit with me.

In my opinion, Dr. Tellez is the best doctor I have dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of doctors. I appreciate him and his ability to find out my problems.

The check in girl spoke very fast and being hard of hearing I asked her to slow down. Then she started speaking deliberately slow, sarcastically.

It took over two months to get an appointment. Weakness is at front. Desk receptionist is both hot and cold.

DR Tellez explained things to me that i understood my problem that i was having He ordered blood urine test to be done and ordered a test to be done at a later time He took time up with me and did not rush the appointment which is a plus to me that he cared about my health issues that i was having and was going to fine out what was going on with me

I had to set an hour before I was seen. I was not happy about that

I had a great experience with Dr. Tellez and will go back to see him

Dr Tellez and his nurse and staff are very caring and they are attentive

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. My EMG tests were pretty easy and quick - if you're scheduled for something like this, don't hesitate.
