Mrs Bates listened and looked other alternatives before prescribing meds right away. I appreciate her thoroughness

Very courteous, took time and knew my condition and was very professional.

The provider is excellent, but the office staff is terrible, disrespectful, and I had an experience with them where they refused to let me see the doctor at the receptionist's discretion. And I do want to know what I need to do to file a complaint because they tried to deny me of my blood work prior to this visit.

I was very happy with my office visit and especially the care and concern Ms Bates gave me.

My visit was positive and I was treated with courtesy and respect.

I think that they did very well at diabetes diagnosis. I don't think there's any improvements that they need to do. They listened to the patients very well. So I just want to say thank you to them.
