Every time I go to this office to be seen, I'm always seen very quickly and treated very professionally and checked out very quickly. Everyone is friendly. I feel like they're honestly good friends of mine that I see once every few months at the doctor's office. And we just pick up where we left off. And I just feel like that's a huge quality for a doctor's office to have, and I appreciate that. I definitely highly recommend this office for anyone. Thank you.

I don't dread going there like I have at some places. They are always consistent, listen, provide viable solutions and do it in a timely considerate manner. It's a good fit for me. I'm a patient that doesn't like a long drawn out ordeal but also feel comfortable about asking questions without being rushed out because of overbooking. They definitely listen and give answers promptly and I appreciate that. I've seen other situations at other places that just didn't work for me.

Jeff Kern and staff are always very professional and courteous. They are attentive and knowledgeable in addressing my questions and health concerns.

Prior to my appointment I was sent/given questions to answer before I checked in to help speed up the process. When I got to the counter to let them know I was there they wasted time asking the same questions I was given prior, don't waste our time if we still go through it with the front desk people, or make sure they know there job or where this information is to move the process along, pay copay unless that was done prior as well.
