I did have to wait about 40 minutes for blood work and a UA. I don't know if the lab tech didn't get the message or forgot about me but that took a long time. Also I have to take my paperwork back because the wrong doctor is on the form that I need to send in for FMLA

Everyone seemed pretty rushed, which was fine for me on this day because it was just a routine appointment but if I had a problem I felt like the nurses might not have time to fully listen

Jennifer was amazing. She listened carefully and approved of my advocating for myself, something many providers respond poorly to. She has already followed up today with the promised phone call and will be following up again once she gets the responses she's requested from her superior. I couldn't have asked for a better care giver to help prepare me for surgery in a week.
