I love going to First Health Vass. All the staff are so friendly and kind. They remember me and my kids, do everything to comfort, and are helpful. We're seen in a timely manner and leave feeling valued. They even gave my kids a coloring page this last time. Love the small office feel.

Pleasant

The whole staff at VAS is very courteous. They listen to you. They pay attention to you. And they do whatever they can to help you with any problems that you have. Jennifer is wonderful as far as having tests done if you need them. I don't think she orders tests unnecessarily. She's a very pleasant doctor, and I enjoy my visits to VAS.

This provider was very thorough and did not rush me during my appointment. She listened and was in touch with my past medical history.

I love Jennifer Moore , she is a great practitioner, the office staff needs a lit of help to catch up with her. I was in the exam room for over 50 minutes past my appointment time and nobody came to check on me or let know anything. I almost got up and left, Jennifer hadn't come in when she did I would have left?

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Did not have to wait at all. Reception booked future appointment for my child also, which was very convenient. Very pleased with this office, they are awesome!

Hi. The care that I received at the location was pretty good for someone who hates switching to new doctors. The only thing I recommend is the facility itself seems like it needs a lot of updating. So, I think that would make the experience just a lot better. If there was any sort of update that you could do, there's a couple bugs crawling on the walls. It didn't seem very clean. So, I think that would just be something to look into.

The radio music playing was very. Annoying. Perhaps playing something easy listening or elevator music would be more relaxing than a cheesy yelling disc jockey from a local radio station.
