This location in particular has always been great for urgent care. This is the first time that I've taken my toddler there. I feel like we were seen in a timely manner for the most part. I know they were very busy, and I did notice the sign that said they were under staff, so I anticipated having to wait a little bit longer to get into the room. However, once we were in a room, they saw us very quickly, and I feel like they genuinely cared about my son and how he was feeling and offered suggestions about what to do if he did not start feeling better soon. I definitely recommend this location, and I will continue using them for myself as well.
