I told the staff them that my son was coughing , had a sore throat, andI was concerned about the possibility of strap. However, in retrospect, once we left the appointment, I realized they had never even listened to his heart and lungs. They simply looked in his mouth and checked his throat, looked in his ears. My son has a history, since he was young, which is well documented in his file of having respiratory issues, two days later, I will probably have to go back to care because he still having fevers and his coughing and chest congestion has gotten worse despite our use of his inhalers which we reserve for special occasions. I realized that that provider was not comprehensive at all, though did listen to what my initial concern was. As the parent, I should not have directed what the Differential diagnosis was to the extent that apparently I did.

This was my first time at this clinic. I was impressed with the entire experience especially since I arrived 30 minutes before closing. Very professional.

I love that there was a nurse practitioner or physician assistant there working along with the radiologist. Someone who could read my chest x-ray right away. The RN that took care of me was extremely professional. The ladies were courteous and efficient. My weight was really short. I would come back again. It was a positive experience. I was grateful for the quick service.
