My visit was very Awesome and I was seen in A Timely Manner. It was just great.

I drive almost an hour and a half from Fayetteville to see Marcia Ballard, my provider. It's worth it because she is so good. She spends more time during my annual check ups than any other provider has ever spent with me.

First Health Carthage always offers the best care. From the front door to the back, perpetual compassion and professionalism. The only thing I would change (ONLY) is the terrible habit of taking people's temperature on the head with the temperature gun. For people who have been robbed at gunpoint, or been in combat situations, it can cause immediate memories to flood forth. I have previously requested that my temperature be taken on my wrist but have stopped. I've encountered others who mentioned they are uncomfortable but don't bring it up because they don't want to have to explain themselves Something to consider......

Very friendly staff at check in ! Nurse was very thorough with questions and getting vitals. Marcia has always been a very caring and thorough Dr. she listens to your concerns and lets you be very involved in your care. Outstanding experience.
