Yes, I thought the doctor was very easy to speak with. However, he did seem to be in a hurry. He didn't want to hear about some of the things that were related to a past appointment about a doctor that had been referred to me. I thought that was kind of strange, and I thought that he would want to know how my back was feeling better, that he would have done an MRI and done a comparison. The last time, especially since I told him that there was another break, another fracture, so that he could get some dates and evidence on that of what I was saying, that he was going to leave it to the future back surgeon to do those.

Matthew & staff were thorough and professional. Highly recommend this provider.

My first exposure to this facility. Very pleasant and professional.

When I went in, everybody was really courteous. They listened to what I had to say. They were very prompt about getting me into a room. The PA was real prompt in coming. But I had been several different places, been transferred around. But nobody, they did not check where I told them my pain was in my back and my legs and they listened, but they didn't give me any idea except I told them somebody had said it was arthritis, I needed to go to rehab. They said okay. They asked if I had a rehab person and I said yes, they had given me one. But nobody really seemed interested in finding anything else and I have stage three kidney failure and a lot of people tell me it's not arthritis, it's kidney problems. But nobody seems to be interested in that part of it.
