Everyone at the facility was excellent!

I am a ED RN but from out of town. I got sick while visiting in-laws and knew I would need medicine to get me through the visit. I could not be more thankful for getting me in, being kind and understanding, and treating me appropriately! Really one of the best experiences I have ever seen in healthcare. Well done! I have bragged on you guys ever since my visit and I am feeling much better now!

Yes, the staff was excellent, but the provider did not take his time to listen to what I had to say. I have an injured knee and I could barely stand and walk, but he told me it was okay for me to go back to work and stand 10 hours on my feet all day. And I just felt like that was not at all accurate. I had to go visit another provider to get the proper help and care that I needed.

Overall good service

No XRays...I was told to use ICE, NOT the RICE method in my visit notes. Additionally, I was not told to use NASAIDS...NOT good for them to list it on my visit notes...20 years post-gastric bypass. I am thankful for my personal knowledge, and I felt like the visit was a COMPLETE waste of time.

I only had a bad cold so therefore I was not a patient he told me what to get and do which was very important

I was not embarrassed with my problem as most women have experienced it in their lifetimes and the nurses understood.

The staff was very polite and caring. They were very professional. Though I wasn't feeling my best ,they made the experience as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend others.

Everyone was kind and helpful! My visit was efficient and effective!

Doctor was great, nurse was great, front desk guy was a little irritated that day but I actually got a crack out of him, it didn't bother me at all.
