The staff was extremely courteous, offered awesome customer service, which is a lacking in so many places. So that just makes you feel very comfortable and they had no problem making you feel comfortable and treating you right without having to ask for to be taken care of. They did that with exemplary care. It was just an awesome. Every time I go there I have to say I've had a good visit. I have not had any problems. That's why I continue to go.

I felt like the provider definitely listened to my concerns as a parent and gave me the answers and recommendations that I needed to better care for my daughter's condition.

36 hours later and the support I received for MyChart is not working and I still have no test results or medication for my son who is going on 48 hours with a fever. Was told I would "absolutely" get a call back today and that didn't happen.

I have used First Health Convenient Care on numerous occasions. The care I am provided is wonderful; it is professional, efficient and caring.

It seemed to take an awfully long time at the emergency room and it would seem to me, even though I had insurance, that someone should be told how much to expect in charges. Some people don't have insurance. Thank you.

Care was good

I was seen for a total of approximately five minutes. I told them I've been sick for about a month, and the only thing I was told was to stay hydrated and use Flonase. I have a severe cough, runny nose, congestion, besides the COVID and RSV test. Nothing else was given to me or done for me.

The front desk person was not very nice. The nurse was great as was the doctor.

Ashley was very thorough in her explanation and demonstrations of exercises for me to do there and at home . She also gave me a mini massage for my back soreness. She has great soothing hands.

This was my second time at this location. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We were in and out in a good amount of time.
