Concierge - A Different Relationship with Your Provider
FirstHealth Concierge Medicine offers enhanced patient-physician relationships and tailored benefits to help optimize health and well-being. Concierge services include preventive care for adults, sick care, management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma, nutritional counseling, Total Health Fitness Center membership, personal training, massage therapy and the Galleri mult-cancer early detection test.
Patients become members by paying an annual membership fee. Basic membership includes the following benefits:
- 24/7 access to a primary care provider
- Guaranteed same- or next-day appointments
- Extended office visits to address all your concerns
- Emphasis on lifestyle, wellness and disease prevention
- Dedicated patient advocate to coordinate testing and specialty care appointments
- Direct access to FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital
Pricing
Our basic membership, which costs $1,800 annually, includes all benefits of Concierge Medicine plus a referral to Exercise is Medicine at FirstHealth Fitness. The premier membership, which costs $2,500 annually, includes all benefits of Concierge Medicine, an annual FirstHealth Fitness Total Health membership, personal training, nutritional counseling and massage therapy at FirstHealth Fitness.
Insurance
FirstHealth Concierge Medicine will file insurance for billable services and FirstHealth participates in a wide range of health plans and accepts most major insurance providers, however, it is important that you contact your insurance provider before receiving treatment to verify that you have full coverage. You would also determine your individual plan requirements regarding referrals, authorizations and co-pay/deductible amounts.
Functional - Addressing the Whole Patient
Functional Wellness Membership - designed to provide a functional medicine support for advanced preventive care, age management and support for routine clinical issues such as gut health, autoimmune and support for traditional primary care
- Comprehensive initial visit (in person/telehealth)
- Quarterly follow up visits as recommended with care team in person or televideo
- 24-hour phone access to care team for acute concerns
- Care coordination
Functional Intensive Membership - Designed to provide medical management for individuals with complex multisystem illnesses such as chronic mold toxicity, chronic tick-borne illnesses, mast cell activation syndromes, chronic fatigue and post COVID syndromes. This program provides active management and in-depth treatment of these highly complex illness cases.

Pricing and Insurance.
Pricing is available upon request. There are additional fees for specialty labs and processing. Specialty labs are third party testing coordinated by clinic staff and analyzed by the provider. FirstHealth Functional memberships and visits are not billed to insurance. Please contact the office to schedule a meet and greet with provider and staff and to discuss membership options.

MyChart
FirstHealth utilizes the MyChart patient portal. In MyChart you can see your medications, test results, upcoming appointments, medical bills and more. You can also schedule appointments and request prescription refills. Of course, you will also have 24/7 phone/text access to your provider for any needs that may arise.
Galleri® Multi-cancer early detection test
