Customize Your Plan

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle tone, or improve your overall health and wellness, a personal trainer can design a program to best meet your individual fitness needs. Our trainers can customize your exercise routine to improve sport performance or meet the special needs of individuals with physical challenges or limited capabilities.

Our nationally certified trainers will assess your current level of fitness, create a personalized plan and implement a program customized to your needs. To ensure your personal goals are met, our trainers monitor your progress and results along the way, helping you get better results. Packages are available for 30-minute personal sessions as well as small group, TRX and HIIT training sessions.

New Member Fitness Assessment

All new members have the option to meet with a Certified Personal Trainer before beginning their workouts. The trainer will perform a baseline health assessment which includes:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate

After your health assessment, your Certified Personal Trainer will develop an exercise plan based on your individual goals and provide you with an orientation on proper technique and use of equipment in the center.

The trainers are here to help you get started on a proper program to ensure results and are always available for a follow-up orientation, motivation and support.

Call (910) 715-1800 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
